Established in 2018 by Ali G, Process & Controls Engineering, LLC is the Northwest’s most innovative woman-owned control systems integration firm. We provide systems integration in both; continuous process control and machine control applications with a focus on providing industry leading quality and service.
Process & Controls Engineering, LLC offers a wide range of control system solutions, including engineering, UL 508A control panel design, PLC, HMI, SCADA programming, cybersecurity, networking & robotic application simulations. We also offers a range of control system services, including training, equipment/electrical troubleshooting, remote support, project management, commissioning, procurement, documentation, and instrumentation assessments.

CONTROL PANEL DESIGN
UL508a and UL698a industrial control panel designs based on IO lists or P&IDs or other project documentation. Designs include all drawings required for panel shop builder.

PROGRAMMING
Industrial control system programming including programing for PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, Remote IO, SCADA applications, databases, historians, data loggers, programable safety relays, managed switches, power monitoring devices, cell modems and other network devices.

IO CHECKOUT & COMMISSIONING
Startup equipment safely with full IO checkout documentation, check motor wiring, check motor rotations and perform safety checks.

TROUBLESHOOTING EQUIPMENT/ ELECTRICAL
We have an advantage of understanding how to trace issues between field devices and the database recording the signal value. We can troubleshoot communications and network issue. We can troubleshoot control signals at 4 to 20 mA. We can troubleshoot power issues in motor power.
